Her only jewelry consisted of a pearl chooker and pearl earrings. She wore long white nylon net gloves and carried a bouquet of white roses with white ivy.

Miss Genevieve Wenaco. Long Beach. Culif., maid of honor-.wore a. ballerina-length gown of baby blue taffeta styled like the bride's. She carried a spray effect bou- quet of deep red split carnations.

In 1064 Major Genral J. D. Dunda.a,r Caipt of the 00th Rifles, quartered in the Tower of Lon- don looked out of a window Just before going to bed. What he saw made the hairs on his head stand on end. Why? Because he saw a ngure materialize out of the gray London fog and swiftly move to- wards the aentry then on duty. The man on guard challenged in- stantly but the ngure did. not halt. Then the sentry charged. bayonet in hand. The weapon found no mark and the sentry fainted. He was picked up later and charged with falling asleep while on duty.

At the ensuing court-martial the sentry told his amaalng attry of the white-robed fig-ure he'd tried to thrust through with his bayonet. all to no purpose. Nat- urally his yarn was met with rid- icule, and had it not been for the evidence presented by Major Gen- eral Dundas the grim old tower might have had another death chalked up on its ions list of in- nocent victims.
