Church Council Will Oppose State lotteries

NIAGARA FALLS. Ont. (CP) State lotteries in Canada will meet continued opposition from members of the Canadian Coun- cil of Churches.

Delegates to the closing ses- sions of the council's 15th i- ennial meeting have decided to step up their fight against making gambling legal.
