Reports Cancer Canipaign In City Going Well

Mr. W. 1-1. Beaten, General Chairman of the City Cancer Campaign, reports that the cam- paign so far is going well.

At the first turn-in of the general canvass last night the women's division led all others. The leading team was composed of members oi Alpha Rebekah Lodge, with Mrs. Robert MacKln- nnn, captain. This team secured 201 per cent of its objective and the captain and members of the team were each presented with prizes.

All the teams on the women's division but one reported and the Division obtained 94.9 of its quota. The second highest team was lrom the Eastern Star, Mrs. Bert- ram Larkin, captain, with 193 V2 per cent of its quota. The Pyth- lan Sisters, under Mrs. Lillian Rattenhury, was third highest with 166 V2 per cent of its ob- lective.

Mrs. J. G. Dennis,,commander If the women's division, won the

prize for the leading divisional tommander. The other divisions will be

heard from at the final turn-in which is Friday night at 7 o'clock at the Legion Hall.
