FISHERIES BRANCH, Orrawa, 22nd March, 1879. UBLIC NOTICE is directed to the fol- lowing Fishery Regulation adopted by the Governor-General in Council, on the 13th inst., rescinding all previous Urders in Council relating to the Lobster Fishery : ,

1. In that part of the Province of Nova Scotia, comprising parts of the Counties of Cumberland and Colchester, on _the Bay of Fundy, the Counties of Hants. Kings, Anna- ‘polis, Digby, Yarmouth, Shelburne, Queen s, Lunenburg, Halifax, Guysborough, Rich- mond, Cape Breton and Victoria; also in the Province of New Brunswick, comprising part of the County of Westmoreland, on the Bay of Fandy, and the Counties of Albert, St. John and Charlotte, it shall be unlawful to fish for, ‘catch, kill, buy, sell or (without lawful ex- \cuse) possess any Lobsters from the first day of (August to the first day of April im each year.

In that part of the Province of Nova Scotia, comprising the Counties of Inverness, Antigonish, Victou, und parts of Colchester and Cumberland, on Northumberland Strait ; and that part of the Province of New Bruns. wick comprising the Counties of W estmoreland (in part), Kent, Northumberland, Gloucester and Restigouche ; also in the Provinces of Quebec and Prince Edward Island, it shall be anlawful to ‘fish for, catch, kill buy, sell or (without lawful excuse) possess any Lobsters from the 20th day of August to the 20th day of April in each year. :

3. It shall be unlawful at any time to fish for, catch, kill, buy, sell or possess any female Lobsters in spawn or with egys attached, soft shelled, or any young Lobsters of less size than nine inches in length, measuring from head to tail, exclusive of claws or feelers ; and when caught by accident in nets or other fishing apparatus lawfully used for other fish, they shal] be liberated alive, at the risk and eost of the owner of the net or other appara- tus, or by the occupier of the fishery, on either of whom shail devolve the proof of such actual liberation.

I was afflicted in my head for years before I suspected it to be Catarrh. In reading in your Circular I saw my case described in many par- ticulars.
