One day as i wandered, I heard a complain-

The population of Fernandina, the tever- stricken town of Florida, was about sixteen hundred, black and white, when the scourge first atruck it. The number of deaths has reached ninety-five, and tweive per ceul. of the white population have died within the past two months.

A farmer living near Tavistock, England, is reported to have met with an Unnsua! piece of good juck. He bought, a few weeks agoatan auction at a neighboring farm. house, an old mahogany secretary.
