Oiie-third cup oil. -13 cup chop- pcd onion. 1 teaspoon finely chop- ped garlic, 3 tablespoons flour, 4

teaspoons chili powder, 1'4 tea- spoons salt, 1'-L cups cooked or canned tomatoes. lg cup water,

2.3 cup chopped ripe olives. 1 cup grated Canadian cheese. 5 shred- ded wheat biscuits. 5 eggs, whole ripe olives for garnish.

Heat oil in large skillet: fry onion and garlic in hot oil until onion is wilted. Add flour. chili powder and salt. Cook. stirring continuously until well Add tomatoes. water and chopped olives. lleat to boiling and cook and stir 4 to 5 minutes. stir in cheese. With sharp knife or scis- sors. cut away sntaii portion of tops and centers in shredded wheat biscuits. leaving sides and bottoms whole. Place in baking pan. Break uncooked cgg in center of each biscuit. Pour sauce carefully over all. Bake in moderate oven (350 degrees F.) about 15 to 20 mluutes or until egg yolks are firm. Serve hot with garnish of whole ripe olives.
