group is Tribe.

Tribe is made up of 4 people,all of whom,I might add, are Canadians.We have peter Ramico,who hails from Toronto,Joe Wilderson,born U1Springfield,Illionis,but now a Canadian citizen and mfly and Jim McLean,the brother combination from Kingston,0ntario.

for their unique style. Because of their imagin- ation,the group is slowly climbing the ladder of\suc— cess.Some of the groups they have backed up in the past include Country Joe(himse1f), Brownsville station,Free,

not have an Ombudsman to deal with citizen's complaints a—

The P.E.I. Civil Liberties Association that has been in

exisistence on the Island for four years,is a voluntary association opened to mem— bership of anyone and every— one who lives on the Island. The Association wishes to ex— tend a general invitation to the Island public to attend

the Annual Meeting on Nov.15th.

Basically the alternatives suggested by the committee were faculty status or de—l partment status. Harry Love

agrued that Faculty status would enable the Faculty to better meet the needs oftthe Department of Education while Joe Revell suggested that it would make the Faculty too powerful and Woozy MacDonald. stated it didn't make a hell of a difference.
