and I do hereby give public notice, that I will on the 15th day of
January, 1866, at 12 o‘clock, noon, at the Court House in Saint
Eleanor's, set up and sell the above mentioned property, or as
much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said writ,

Y virtue of a writ of Fieri Facias to me directed, issued out of Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of Judicature, at. the suit of John llenry Gates against Ilugh Stewart, I have taken and seized as the property of the said Hugh Stewart, All the right, title and leasehold interest of the said llugh Stewart, in and to all that tract, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in that division of Lot or Township No. 35, in Prince Edward Island, called St. Martin’s, bounded as follows, that is to say, commencing at astake set in the shore of the llillsborough River, and in the division line between the properties of John McDonald and of the late Alexander McDonell and Flora Anna Maria his wife, thence running south on the said division line to a certain well at the edge of the Marsh, thence East on the said line three chains, thence South 83 chains and 75 links, thence West 10 chains, thence North 83 chains and 75 links, thence West 3 chains, thence North 21 chains and 25 links to the Hillsborough River aforesaid, thence following the various courses of the shore of the said River to the aforesaid stake or place of beginning, containing 100 acres of land a. little more or less, in Queen‘s County, and I do hereby give pub- lic notice, that I will, on Friday, the 29th day of December, 1865, at 12 o’clock noon, at the Court House, in Charlottetown, in the said County, set up and sell at public auction, the said property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said writ, being £111 debt, with interest thereon from the 25th day of April, A.D., 1864, until paid, and .63 cost, together with 168. 8, for this writ, besides Sheriff’s fees and incidental expenses.
