Master Mariner. of Rollo Bay, in the county of King’s, in Prince Edward Island, made to His Honor the Commissioner m Insolvency, pursuant to the ” Un- fortunate l)ebtors’ Act, 1868,” I do, by His Honor‘s directions. hereby appoint Thursday, the eleventh day of November next, at the Court House, in Charlotte- town. at eleven o’clock in the forenoon, as the time and place for meeting of the creditors of the said William Deaglc, for the purpose of examing into the state of his afl'airs, and considering the terms of a compromise to be offered by him under the said Act. Y virtue and in pursuance of Her Majesty‘s Writ of Election. to me directed, tested the Eighth day of July. instant, 1809, commanding me to cause to be made Public NetiCc and Proclamation in some of the most public places within the Polling Divisions for the First Electoral District of Kings County. for all per- sons duly qualified by law to vote for Members to serve in the Lower House of Assombly for the said First Electoral District of King’s County. to appear before me to nominate, clcet and choose one able and discreet man for business to represent the said District in the Lower House of Assembly, in the room of Honorable Joseph Hensley. who has accepted the appointment of Assistant Judge of the Supreme. Court. and thereby his seat has become vacant. I do hereby give Public Notice that I will on Tuesday. the 27th day of July, inst. at the County Court House, in Georgetown. in King’s County, aforesaid, at the. hour of Eleven o‘clock. of the forcnoon. of the same day, open and hold a Court for the. nomination and election of one able and discreet man for business. to represent the said First Electoral District of King‘s County. in the said House of Assem- bly.
