COUNCIL OFFICE, 29th June, 1869. IS Honor the Administrator in Council, has been pleased tO make the following appointments, viz :— The Hon. Benjamin Davies, to he Colonial Secretary and Clerk of the Executive Council of this Island. in the place of the Hon. George Coles.

Dennis O‘Meara Reddz‘n, Esquire. to be Attorney General and Advocate General of this Island, in the place of the Hon. Joseph Hensley, who has been ap- pointed an Assistant Judge of the Supreme Court of Judicature.

Louis Henry Davies. Esquire, to be Solicitor General of this'Island, in the place of Dennis O’Meara Reddin, Esquire, who has been appointed Attorney General.

His Honor in Council, has also been pleased to establish a Court for the recovery of Small Debts. at Township No. 15. under and by virtue of an Act passed in the late Sessmn of the General Assembly, intituled ‘- An Act to authorize the Establishment of additional Small Debt Courts in Prince and King’s Counties.” and has been pleased to appoint the follow- ing persons.
