There is a common saying, “Money talks". The resulting demand for money goes far beyond what would have been thought possible a few years ago, but it can El11"l must be obtain- ed. It is not a niaticr about which any argument or pleading should be necessary. It is an obliga- tion which is laid upon every Canadian in pro- portion to his or her means. Let us strive in this City and Province to set an example to Canada, as we have done aiid are doing in the matter of enlistiiiciits for the service forces.
