John Longworth, of the same place, Uarrister-at-Law, of the other part: ALL that piece or parcel of Land,situate on or fortn- ing part of Common Lot No. Thirty-two, within the Royalty ofChar- lottetown, and described as Plot number Twolvc in a certain Deed of Conveyance of parts of said Common Lot, executed by Francis Longworth and Sarah Parker, his wife, to the said John Longworth, hearing date the ﬁfth day of July, one thousand eight hundred and fifty-six, and also on the plan annexed to said Deed, the said Plot being bounded on the North-Westward by the St. Peter’s Road, and having a sutlicient front thereon to give Forty-two feet on a right angle line, with parallel side lines running South-eastwardly from said Road, the South-western side line being Eighty-eight feet in length, and the North-eastern ninety-nine feet, the said North- eastern line forming the side line of a new street recently opened from the St. Peter's Road to Eastern Street, together with all buildings, fences, improvements, rights and appurtenances to the said described plan of land, belonging or appertaining.

LIGHTS AT CAPE RAGE AND CAPE PINE.

\VITII reference to the Notice to Mariners, No. 28, issued from this oilice on the 12th day of June, 1805, wherein it is stated—“ that the ﬁxed light at Cape Race would be altered to a rwolring white light; and the revolving light at Cape Pine to a ﬁa'crl white light"—Mariuers are hereby informed that these in- tended alterations, owing to unforsecn circumstances, have not yet taken placc; but due notice will be given of the actual changes, when it is known at what time they can be effected.

The light at Cape Race is at present a ﬁxed white light, and that at Cape Pine a revolving white light.
