Martin McInnis, St Peter’s Bay, and eon- in-law ofthe lateS D. Fraser of this city, aged 33 years.

At Westbore, Mass,on Wednesday the 23rd inst, Annie, wife of William Ferguson, and daughter of ihe late Wm. Adams. The deceased was a sisterof Mrs, J. T. Peardon of this city.

At Montague Road, Belfast, on February 14th 1898, Flora McEachern second daugb- ter of the late Hector and Sarah Mc- Eachern, agei 6f& years.

At hisson’s residence Victoria, Crapaud at the advanced age of ninety-two years. Alexander Mackintosh leaving an aged widow, one son and many relatives and friends to mourn their loss. He emigrat- ed to this island from Invernessshire, Scotland, some seventy years ago. He lived a quiet unassuming Christian life and was greatly esteemed and respected by all who bad the pleasure of his acqualntance.

At Ten Mile Hill, Duncan McDonald son of Alexander and Euphemia Me- Donald, aged 4 years and 4 months. He was sick for four months of spinal dieease.

At Cardigan, on Saturday, March 12:h, 1898, Katie McSwain, w dow of Allan Mex Swain, in the 68th year of ber age. She leaves three sonsand four daughters to mourn the loss of a kind and Joving mother. She wasa kind and true friend to all, and mach esteemed by a large eircle of relatives aud triends,
