The Daily News says that one of the rules of the House of Commons provides that a petition may be brought into the House by a deputation of ten persons, and itis believed that when Bradlaugh says that in his threatened visit to demand his Parliamentary rights he will be accompan- ied by a largs number of deputations, each leaving one or more’ petitions, Several hundreds way thus consider that they are entitled to enter the precincts ef Parlia- ment. The whole subject is now under con- sideration by the officers of the House.

The News this morning says:—‘ Besides the efforts now being made by the British Government in behalf of our correspondent at Merv, the Russian Government has ordered the Russian authorities in Central Asia to ascertain what means there may be of intervening with the ebject.ef precuring his liberation. Prince Labanoff has shown the kindliest interest in the matter.
