Electoral District of Prince County, for all persons duly

qualiﬁed by law to vote for Members to serve in the (,icncl'nl

Assembly for the said Third Electoral District of Prunec

County, to appear before me to nominate, elect and choose,

one able and discreet man for business to represent the said

Third Electoral District of Prince County, in the Lower

Ilouse of Assembl v, in the room of the lion. James War-

burton, late a memberol' the House of Assembly for the said

Third Electoral District, but who hath lately resigned his

seat as such member—I do hereby give Public Notice that

I will on Thursday, the 14th day of February new, at the

COUNTY COURT HOUSE in SAIN’ ‘ ELEANOR‘S, Princo

County, aforesaid, at the hour of' Eleven o’clock of' the fore-

noon of the same day, open and hold a COURT for the

nomination and election of one able and discreet man for' business to represent the said I‘hird Electoral District of

Prince County. And that in case a Poll shall on said day,

at said Court, be demanded for said Election.I hereby give

further notice that I will on Thursday, the 213t day of Feb-

ruary next, ensuing, cause a Poll to be opened for the

First Polling Division of the Third ElectOral District of

Prince County, at the hour of half past nine o’clock, in

the forenoon of the said last mentioned da , at or near the

CATHOLIC CHAPEL, on Township Number fourteen; and for

the Second Polling Division of the said Third District ol

Prince County, I will, on the same day and hour as last

aforesaid, cause a P011 to be opened atJosnrn Ansxmrx‘s,

Abraham’s Village; and for the Third Polling Division of

the said Third District of Prince County, I will on the same

day and hour as last aforesaid. cause a P011 to be opened at

or near JAMES LYLE’s, on Township N umber Sixteen; and

for the Fourth Polling Division of the said Electoral District

of Prince County, I will, on the same day and hour afore-

said, cause a Poll to be opened at or near BENJANIN Woon-

SlDE’S, in the said County of Prince County,—— ofwhich all

persons duly qualiﬁed by law to vote for Members for the

said Third District of Prince County, in the General Assem-

blv of this Island, and all other persons whom he aforesaid

\Vrit of Election doth or may concern, are hereby required

to take notice and govern themselves accordingly.

The ﬁrst Polling Division shall comprise and include Township number Fourteen, and the Poll shall be held at or near the Catholic Chapel, on the said Township; the Second Polling Division shall comprise and include Town- ship number Fifteen, and that part of Township number Sixteen west of Ellis River, and the Poll shall be held at Joseph Arsncaux’s, Abraham’s Village; the Third Polling Division shall comprise and include all that part of' Town- ship number Sixteen east of Ellis River, and the Poll shall be held at or near James'Lyle’s, on said Township; and the Fourth Polling Division shall comprise and include Prince- town and Royalty,and Township number Eighteen, and the several Islands in Richmond Bay, and the Poll shall be held at'or near Benjamin Woodside’s, in the said County of Prince Count-y.
