One Hundred Prisoners Drowned.
A despatch of the 17th the City cf Mexico says: the troops of the Colombian Government final'y entered Colon, afier it had been turned by rebels under the leadership of Preston, they captured several equads of rebels. During the past ten days the number cf these prisoners have been considerably augmented by re- ceipt of straggling rebels captured in the surrounding districts. It is not known now just how many rebels were held prisoners at Colon but good authorities
