Y virtue ofa writ of Fieri Facias to me directed, issued out of' lien Majesty’s Supreme Court of Judicature, at the suit of lit-cert Bruce Stewart against Bernard Toole, I have taken and seized as the property of the said Bernard Toole, All the right, title and leasehold interest of the said Bernard 'I‘oolc, in and to ninety acres of Land, more or less, situate on Lot 33!, on the Green Road, and bounded as followsz—cominencing at a stakc‘wt at the Southwest angle ofa tract of land originally leased unto John Cairns; thence along the eastern boundary lines of said tract unto a tract of land leased unto John White; thence along the southern boundary of said tract to the East side of the Appin ltoad, so called, thence along said road one hundred chains or to the Green ltoad, so called, thence along said read to the place of Commencement, together with the buildings and appurtenances thereunto belonging, in Queen’s County; and I do hereby give public notice, thatI will, on Thursday, the 28th day of February, 1567, at 12 o’clock, noon, at the Court llouse in Charlottetown, in the said County, set up and sell, at public auction, the said property, or as much thereof as will satiety the levy marked on the said writ, being £64 Ss. 6d., 16s. ad. for this writ besides Sherili’s fees and incidental expenses. BY virtue of a writ of Statute Execution to me directed, issued out of Her Majesty’s Supreme Court ofJudi- cature, at the suit of Her Majesty the Queen, against John Mac- Callum and another, I have taken and seized as the property of the said John McCallum,All the right, title and freehold interest of the said John McCallum, in and to 100 acres of land, a little more or less, situate at Kintyre Settlement, Township No. 33, in Queen’s County, and I do hereby give public notice, that I will on Friday the 23d day of February, 1866, at 12 o’clock, noon, at the Court House in Charlottetown, in the said County, set up and Sell at public auction, the said property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said writ, being £28 163 8d, with interest on £25 part thereof, from the 18th day of May, 1863, until paid, together with Sheriff’s fees and incidental expenses.
