Y virtue of a Writ of Statute Execution to me directed, issued out of Her Majesty's Supreme Court of Judicature at the suit- et' George Jones against Charles Jones, I have taken and seized as the property of the said Charles Jones, all the right, title and freehold interest of the said Charles Jones, in and to one half acre of freehold land, bounded on the East by the road leading to Summerside, on the South by land occupied by Anthony Craswell. and on the North by the Jail and Court House Lot, and is part of Lot No. 17, in Prince County; and I do hereby give public notice that I will, on Tuesday, the 5th day of September, 1865, at 1?. o‘clock, noon. at the Court Ilousc in St. Eleanor’s,in said County, set up and sell,at Public Auction, the said property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on said writ, being £155, currency, together with lawful interest on .6130, part thereof, from the lst day of May, 1862, until paid,bcsides Sheriff's fees and all incidental expenses. Court of Judicature, and Court of Assize and General Jail Delivery for Prince County, will be held at the Court House, in St. Eleanor’s on Tuesday, the 3d day of October next, at the hour of 10 o’clock, forcnoon, of the same day, of which all Justices, Coroners, High and Petty Constables and Bailiﬁ‘s, will take notice, and laying aside all manner of business and excuses whatsoever, be then and there to do and fulﬁl those things which by reason of their several oll‘iccs shall be to be done.
