1. lleeaustl thc proposed legislat- tion is anomalous, unprecedented and unjust.

(a) It is anomalous, as it is a plain deviation from the accepted rules of legislation as practised by all self governing communities.

(h) lt is unprecedented as no- where in the legislation in modern times of any civilized country is there nn instance of a body of wor- shippers holding ns a church to any system of Christian Irelief be- ing legislated on musso Into anoth- er denomination of a different re- ligious belief or formula of prac- ticc.

(e) It is unjust. as it disregards tho civil rights of the people whose rlncestors erected places of wor~ ship for themselves and their suc~ (wossors by abruptly severing them
