TO BE SOLD at PUBLIC AUCTION, on THURSDAY. the Fmsr day ofJUNit. 1865, in front ofthe Court House at Sr. Ewanon's. at the hour ofl2 o’clock, noon, in pursuance of a power contained in a certain assignment hearing date the 10th day of March, 1864, made between Donald Steele, of Lot 19, in Prince County, and Thomas Simpson, of Lot 15, in the said County; All the right, title and leasehold interest of the said Donald Steele, in and to Fifty Acres of Land, on Lot 19, being the western moiety of one hund- red acres of Land, leased from the heirs and representatives of the late James Douglass, to the late John Steele, and re-lcascd by

the said John Steele to the said Donald Steele. Any further information can be had on application to Thomas
