The following decision was made by the Budget Ctnndttee in its November 7th meeting.

"Begining with the October 24th meeting, minutes of all subsequent Budget Committee meetings will be distributed to all chairmen of academic depart-

nents, heads of support departnents and President of the Student Union." Copies of the minutes will also be put on reserve in the Robertson Library.
