Mac- Donald. in and to a shipyard at Rollo Bay. containing one and a half acre at land. bounded on the cast by the road leading to the North Side; west by James A. Davidson’s land. on the north by the fence boundary of \Villiam Burke’s land, and on the south by the shore of Rollo Bay. and extending back by parallel lines to said fence. Also. Sixty-seven acres of land on Lot or Town- ship number Fiftysix. (56) commencing in the rear of Valentine Nccdham‘s land, at the westward line. and running thence due north to Fortune Bay. and from thence along the various courses of the shore east to the line or the Township, and from thence south. along the line of the Township until it meets James Cotfin’s boundary line, all in King‘s County; and I do hereby give Public Notice that I will. on Tuesday. the twelfth day of April.
