The MECHANIC &. FARMER will be greatly enlarged ; it and it will be extended prtiporliondbly in length ; it will appear in an improved dress, and be otherwise rendered more deserving of the exten- sive patronage it has already received.

As a decided improvement in the general features ofthe paper, each number will contain a full description of at least one new invention or improvement in the Agricultural or Mechanical Department, which will be illustrated weele by on engraving.
