This marks the final consolidation of the former P.W.C. and St, D.U. in that our University is finally together on one campus A note to those who are un— familiar with the history of U.P.E.l. is that the Music Department has, until now, attempted to function in the less than satisfactory accom— odations at the downtown ‘ campus of Holland College.

we have always placed the Cadre around campus in places where students can con-

veniently pick them up. We have been plagued this year with the problem of non—students

taking the papers.

We aren't trying to discourage anybody from reading the paper, we are simply stating

that certain people are taking them though they have not paid for them. y \

A yearly subscription to the paper can be ovtained for only $2.50, and can be paid at the

Cadre office any weekday afternoon.
