of Her Majesty's Supreme Court of Judicature, at the suit of James Miller, Junr., against Peter Dwyre, I have taken and seized, as the property of the said Peter Dwyre, All the right, title and leasehold Interest of the said Peter Dwyre in and to a. certain farm or tract of Land on Lot 36, bounded as follows, that is to say: commencing on the St. Peter’s Road, 24 chains from the boundary line between Townships Nos. 35 and 36, and running southwardly parallel to and at the distance of 24 chains from said Township line until it meets the rear lines of the farms let on tho llillsborough River; thence, Eastwardly, along said rear line the dis- tancc of 26 chains; thence, Northwardly, parallel to and at the dis- tance of 20 chains from the other side line to theSt. Peter’s road,then along said road to the starting point. in Queen’s County; and I do hereby give public notice that I will, on Saturday,the Twenty-eighth day of April, 1866, at Twelve o’clock, noon, at the Court House in Charlottetown, in the said County, set up sell, at Public Auction, the said Property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said Writ, being Thirty-eight Pounds twelve shil- lings and eleven pence, with interest thereon from the twenty. ninth day of June last, until paid, besides Sheriff’s fees and
