The Irving Oil Company has al- most completed a new building at their oil plant located on the suuth side of the Montague River. L-xior to the ‘erection of this build- ing, the company erected a large- llle-brlck building to contain the tfllce and garage. This building. Iaeing directly on the lower ‘cad. has a steel-reinforced concrete foundation so as to support the heavy weight.
