IN rim MATTER of the application of JOHN LEFURGEY respectinga Judgment formerly entered up in this Court, wherein the said John LeFurgy is plaintiff. and James Casswunn, now deceased, was defendant.

HEREAS application hath been made to this Court on ‘ affidavit on the part of the said John LeFurgey stating the sum of One hundred and sixty-eight pounds eighteen shillings is due to him, on and secured by a certain Judgment of Record of this Court, at his suit against the said James Craswell, since deceased, entered up of Trinity Term, in thetwei'ity-eighth year of the reign of her present Majesty Queen Victoria, and in the year one thousand eight hundred and sixty-four, for the sum of three hundred and twenty pounds debt, and three pounds costs of suit ——and execution on such Judgment hath been moved for on behalf of the said John LeFurgey, as aforesaid.

It is ordered, that unless all or some of the persons interested in the lands formerly belonging to the said James Craswell, deceased, shall on the first day of next February Term, at George- town,in the said Island,being the first day of said Term for King’s County, come forward and shew cause why Execution should not issue upon the said Judgment, at the suit of the above named John LeFurgey, against such lands of the said James Craswell, deceased, or his former right, title and interest therein—then Execution will be issued against such lands, and the tenements and hereditaments of the said James Craswell, deceascd, in pursuance of an Act of the General Assembly of‘ the said Island, Prince Edward, passed in the twenty-fourth year of the Reign of Her present Majesty, intituled “ An Act in amendment of and in addition to the Acts relating to yudgmcnts entered of Record in the Supreme Court of Judicature.”

SHERIFF’S SALE.

Y virtue of a writ of Statute Execution to me directed, issued out of Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of Judicature, at the suit of Edward Gay against Murdoch Buchanan, I have taken and seized as the property of the said Murdoch Buchanan. All the right title and freehold interest of the said Murdoch Buchanan, in and to the following tract, piece or parcel of Land situate, lying and being on Lot 49, in Queen’s County, and which is abutted and bounded as follows, that is to say, beginning on the North Bound- ary of the Main Road leading from Charlottetown to Georgetown, and at that certain point, being the South East angle of a lot of land purchased from John Cambridge and wife, by him, the said Murdoch Buchanan, Senior, and being also the South-West angle of the lands of one William Pratt, and running from thence on the West line of the said lands of the said William Pratt, North,one hundred chains or until it comes to the South line oflands ofTimothy Weather-by, then on the said South line of the said lands of the said Timothy Weatherby, West 5 chains or until it comes to the one half part of the breadth of the said lands as purchased from the said John Cambridge and wife, thence Southerly aparallel line with the Said East line of the said lands, one hundred chains, or until it wines to the aforesaid main Road. thence along the said North boundary of the said Main Road. East 5 chains, or until it comes to the first boundary or place of beginning, containing 50 acres, be the same more or less, and I do hereby give public notice that I will, on Thursday, the 12th day of July, 1866, at 12 o’clock noon, at the Court House, in Charlottetown, in the said County, Set up and sell, at public auction, the said property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said Writ, being £285 3s 4d, debt and cost, with interest on the sum Of £281 Gs 8d, from the 26th day of January. 1865, until paid, together with 165 8d for this writ, besides Sheriff’s fees and incidental expenses.

John Aldous, Commissioner of Public Lands, against Michael Mc- Bride, of St. Patrick's Parish, I have taken and seized as the pro- perty of the said Michael McBride, All his right, title and inter- est, in and to 160 acres of land, a little more or less. situate on Township NO. 38, in King’s County, with the appurtenances there- on; and I do hereby give public notice that I will on the 15th day of December next, at the Court llouse in Georgetown, at the hon; of 12 o’clock, noon, set up and Sell at public auction the above recited property to satisfy the levy marked on the said Precept,

being £33 85 7d, besides Sherifl’s fees and incidental expenses.

John Milligan, of Richmond Village, Lot 19, was, on Monday the lst inst, convicted before John Townsend, Esq., one of Her Majesty’s'dustices of the Peace for Prince County, in the sum of two pounds, with costs, for selling spirituous liquor on Sunday.
