Y virtue of a Writ of Statute Execution to me directed, issued out of Her MajeSty’s Supreme Court of J udicature. at the suit of Edward Gay, against Lionel Garnum and Abraham Garnum, I have taken and seized as the property of the said Lionel Garnum and Abraham Garnum, All the Bi ht, Title and Leasehold Interest of the said Lionel Garnnm an Abraham Garnum, in and to One hundred and eighty-four acres of Land, little more or less, with the buildings and ap—. purtenances thereunto belonging, situate on Township Number (34) thirty-four, near Thom n’s Mills, in Queen’s County, and I do hereby give Public otice, thatI will. on the Seventh day of October. 1867, at Twelve o’clock, noon, at the Court House. in Charlottetown, in the said County, set up and sell, at Public Auction the said Property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the Levy marked on the said writ, being Three hundred and fifty-eight pounds seventeen shillings and six- pence, debt and costs, with interest thereon, from the 29th day of January, 1866, together with 16s. 8d. for writ, besides Sherifi' ’s fees, and incidental expenses.

Tenders for Steam Communication be»- tween Souris, GeorgetoWn, Murray Harbor and Pictou.

ENDERS are required to be sent into the Colonial Secretary’s Oflice on or before THURSDAY, the 16th day of MAY next, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, by any Person or Company who may be willing to contract to run a STEAMER once or twice a week for the Conveyance of Passengers and Freights, and Mail, if required, between Souris, Georgetown, Murra Harbor, and Pictou, touching at each Port going and returning, so long as the Navigation shall remain open, from the First day of JUNE next to the close of the Season of 1867. and during the open season in the two following years—1868 and 1869. The Tenders must specify the Tonnage and Power of the Vessel to~be supplied, and the amount required to be paid for the performance of the service required, and be ac- companied by the names of two parties willing to become Sureties for the due performance of the Contract. The Tender must also state what amount will be required for the present year’s service alone, and also how much for one and how much for two trips in each week during the above
