A Summerside Sea Cadet and a former Charlottetown boy are on their way on the first leg of a trip to New Zealand.

The Summerside cadet. Chief Petty Officer Donald MacNeill, 17, left Tuesday by car for Monc- ton where he will go by train to Vancouver. From there he and 17 other Canadian cadets and one officer will travel to the Empire Sea Cadet camp in New Zealand.
