N pursuance of a Decree made by this honorable Court in this suit, hearing date the Twentytilth day of January last, there will be sold by Public Auction, in the apartment occupied as the Court of Chancery, in the Colonial Building, Charlottetown, on SATURDAY, the 19th day of AUGUST next, at the hour of 1‘2 o’clock, noon, ALL the Leasehold Estate, right, title, interest, possession, and term of years to command unexpired oi the bulb (1- ent in this cause, under and by virtue of a certain indenture of Lease, hearing date the 12th day of July, 18.33, made between John Picton Beete, Esq., of the one part, and the said Defendant, of the other part, for the term of ’l‘wenty—onc ytars from the day ofthe date of the said indenturc, of, in, to and out of, ALL that certain tract, piece or parcel of land. situate on Township Number Forty eight, (48) in the said Island, hounded and described in this said Indenture of Lease, as follows, that is to say—Commencing at the North-west angle of a tract of land in possession of Edward “'alsh, on the south-west side of the Public lioad leading to George- town; thence by a. line running (according to the magnetic north of the year 1764) b‘outh, fifty-one degrees West, to the shore of Hillsborough River, being the North-west edge of a projected road; thence following the various courses of said chore Northwardly, to the South-West edge of the old Ferry Road; thence following the various courses of the same South-eastwardly, to the place of com- mencement, being two feet South-east from the South-east end of said Matthew Murphy's Dwelling Ilousc—ns fully delineated by a. plan in the margin of said lease—together with the appurtenan- cch to the same belonging.
