Y virtue ofa Writ of Statute Execution, to me directed, issued out of Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of Judicature, at the suit of William Sanderson, against John McDonald, I have taken and seized as the property of the said John McDonald, all his light, title and freehold interest, in and to One acre of land, a little more or less, situate at Mitchell River, on Township No. 54, together with the Saw Mill and buildings erected thereon. Also all his right, title and interest, in and to 100 acres of land, a. little more or less, situate on the said Township, with the build- ings thereon erected; and 1 do hereby give public notice that I will on the 15th day of March, 1865, at the Court House in George- town, at 12 o’clock, noon, set up and sell at Public Auction, the above recited property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said Writ, being £44 13s.4d., with interest on £10., part thereof, from 14th April,1802, until paid, besides Sheriff’s fees.
