IN the matter of an application for execution to be issued against the lands of Thomas NUUNAN, late oi Lot or Township No. l, in the said Island, Farmer, deceased, and his right, title and interest therein under the provisions of the Act of the General Assembly ot'the said Island, 24 Victoria, Cap 5,upon a eeriain Judgment entered ot‘ Recm‘d in the said Court in a cause where- in Janus Yno was l’laintitl‘ and the said Tnonas NUUNAN, Defendant.

‘ IIEREAS application hath been made to this Court, on aili- davit on the part ot the above named JAMES YEo, stating that the sum of It‘it'tyvnine pounds live shillings, is due to him on and secured by a certain Judgment of Record in this Court at his suit against the said late THoMAS NUUNAN, now deceased, entered in or about or of Ililary Term in the yearot' Our Lord one (Imusund Eight hundred and sixty-three, in the Twenty sixth year of the Reign of Queen Victoria, for the sum of one hundred pounds debt, and the sum of three pounds, costs of suit, and execution on such Judgment hath been moved for on behalf of the said James Yeo. It is ordered that unless allorsome ot' the persons interested in the land formerly belonging to the said Thomas Noonan, deceased, shall, on the sixth day of November next coming, being the last day of next Michaelmas Term of this Court, at Charlottetown. for Queen's County, come forward and shew cause why Emcution should not be issued upon the said Judgment at the suit of the above named James Yoo, against such lands of the said Thomas Noonan, deceased, or his tormer right, title and interest therein, then execution will be issued against such lands and the tenements and hereditaments of the said Thomas Noonan, deceased. in pursu- ance of the Act of the General Assembly of Prince Edward Island, passed in the 24th year of the Reign of Her present Majesty, in- titultd “An Act in amendment of and addition to the Acts relat- ing to Judgments entered of Recurd in the Supreme Court of Judi- cature.”

CONVICTION.

On 23d Sept, before Duncan Mann, Esq., one of Her Majesty’s Justice of the Peace for Kings County, Donald Livingston, of Murray River, was convicted and lined the sum of £10 for selling Spirituous Liquors without License, on his own confession, being the bird offence. Fine not paid.

REVDLVING LIGHT 0N EGG ISLAND.

NFORMATIUN has been received at the Admiralty, that on

and at‘ser the 5th day of November 180.3, a Light wlll be ex- hibited from a Lighthouse recently erected on Egg Islaud,south-cast Coast of Nova Seotia.

The light will be a rrmluiny light,attainingits greatest brilliancy every minute, showing alternater white and red faces. It is placed at an elevation of 8.3 feet above high water, and in clear Weather should be seen from a distance of about 1-3 miles.

The tower is 53 feet high from base to vane, and stands about 12 yards SI}. of the keeper‘s dwulling, lat. 4t“ 30’ SI” N., long. (52" 51’ 32” West of Greenwich

Revolving Red Light on Little Hope Islet.

Also, that on and after the 15th day of November 1865, a light will be exhibited from a lighthouse recently erected on Little llopo Islet, on the southeast coast of Nova Settia.

The light will bea rrvvlvlny rwl light, attaining its greatest brilli- ancy every minute. It is «Ill lcet above high water, and in clear weather should be seen from a distance of about 11 miles.

The tower is 3I feet high, and rises from the centre of the keep- cr’s dwelling, in Int. IS“ 45’31”N., long. (54" 41’ 1.3” West of greenwieh.

FIXED LIGHT ON GREEN ISLAND.

Also, that on and after the 23th day of November 1865, a light will be established on (lreen Island,noar the south-east end‘ot' Madame Island. Cape Briton island.

The light will be a. fixed white light,at 70 feet above high water. and in clear weather should be visible at a distance of about I4 miles.

The tower is 31 feet high. and rises from the centre of the keep- ers dwolling, in Int. 45“ 2b" 51” N., long. till” 53’ 40” West ofUreen- wich, L’y command of their Lordships,
