Y virtue of a writ of Statute Execution. to me direct- ed, issued out of Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of Judicature. at the suit of David Rogers. against John Hunter Duvar, I have taken and seized. as the property of the said John Hunter Duvar. all the estate, right. title, leasehold. freehold, and life interest of the said John Hunter Duvar, in and to the following mentioned and described pieces or parcels of land. together with the mills. waters, and water privileges. houses, build- ings, and improwments thereon. bounded and described as follows, that is to say: by a line commencing at a stake fixed in the South Bank or Shore of Mill River, in the north-east angle ‘of six hundred acres of land, surveyed by H. J. Cuudall, for John Hunter Durar. Esq. ; and running thence along the east boundary line thereof and its Continuation, by the magnetic meridian of the year 1764. South one hundred and fifty-six chains. forty links, or to the north side ofAlder Road; thence along the same, west forty chains. or to the rear line of farms fronting on the Main Western Road; thence along the said rear line northerly forty-one chains, or to the rear line of the said six hundred acres of land; thence along the said rear line west sixteen chains. or to the south-west angle thereof; thence along the west boundary line thereof north forty-nine chains, or to the continuation of the south boundary line of land formerly leased to William Craswell; thence west to the rear line thereof; thence along the same north to the Mill Road; thence along the said Mill Road wester- ly to the east boundary line of land formerly surveyed for John Cousins, (said east boundary line being nine- teen chains fifty-four links west from the west boundary line of the aforesaid six hundred acres of land); thence north to the bank or shore of Mill River. aforesaid, and thence along the various courses of the same easterly to the place of commencement. the said land being part of Townships Nos. 5 and 6. containing eight hundred and sixty-tour (864) acres. a little more or less. Also, all that other tract of land situate on Township No. 5, afore- said. bounded as follows, that is to say: by a line com- mencing on the north bank or shore of Mill RiVer, in the east Side of the Main Western Road—near the bridge—— and running thence along the said read northerly fifty- four chains fifteen links, or to the south boundary line of farm lot No. 11; thence east fifty chains to the rear line of farms fronting on the said Main Western Road; thence north nine degrees east along the said rear line twenty-four chains, or to the rear line of farms fronting on the Mill River, aforesaid; thence along the same east to the west boundary line of land in the occupation of Joseph Doirant ; thence south to the Mill River. aforesaid; thence along the same westerly a distance equal to ten chains west; thence north twenty-eight chains thirty links to the south-east angle of farm lot No. seven; thence west fifteen chains; thence south to Mill River. aforesaid. and thence along the various courses of the same to the place of commencement, con- taining two hundred and forty-three (243) acres of land. a little more or less. Also. all that other tract of land situate on Township No. 5, aforesaid, bounded as fol- lows, that is to say: by a line commencing on the west side of the Main Western Road, on the sout-east angle of farm lot No. 14. and running thence by the magnetic meridian of the year 1764, west fifty chains; thence south nine degrees west ten chains thirteen links; thence east to the road. aforesaid. and thence along the said road northerly to the place of commencement, being farm lot No. 12, and containing fifty (50) acres of land,

EALED TENDERS will be received at this Office, until 12 o’clock. noon, on FRIDAY, the 31st day of December. inst., from ‘any person or persons, being willing to contract to supply Prince County Jail. at St. Eleanor’s, and King’s County 'Jail, at Georgetown, severally. from the let day of January. 1870. to the 3lst day of December, 1870, inclusive. with the following articles, the same to be delivered at each Jail. respect- ively, at the cost of the contractor. and in such quantity or quantities as shall, from time to time. he demanded or required. viz :— Hard and Soft Bread, Molasses, Oatmeal, Seal Oil and Cord Wood.

All these articles are required to be oftbe best quality. The wood to be four feet long. and to be piled in the respective Jail Yards, six feet high. at the expense of the contractor,and to consist of Black and Yellow Birch, Bfij‘Ch and Maple. No crooked or rotten wood will be ta en.

Tenders must express the price per pound, gallon and cord, in the currency of this Island. and be accompanied by the names of two sufficient securities for the perform- ance of the contract.

N the matter of an application for execution, to be issued against the lands of George Leonard, of Lot No. Four, in Prince County, in Prince Edward Island. Farmer, deceased. and all his former right. title. and interest therein. under the provisions of the Act of the General Assembly of the said Island, passed in the 24th year of the reign of Her Majesty Queen Victoria, intituicd “ An Act in amendment of, and in addition to tthe actsrelating tojudgrnents entered of Record in the Supreme Court of Judicature,” Upon a Certain judgment entered of Record in the said Court. in a cause wherein James Reid is Plaintiff, and the said George Leonard, Defendant.

Whereas application hath been made to this Court on- the part of the Executors of the said James Reid. the Plaintiff, stating that the sums of Fifty-two pounds Eighteen shillings and Seven-pence, debt, and Three pounds costs, together with interest on the said £52 18s. 7d.. are due and owing on. and secured by, a certain judgment entered of Record against the said George Leonard, in or about Trinity Term, A. D. 1863.. for the sum of One hundred pounds Ten shillings. debt, and the said sum of Three pounds,costs of suit. and execution on such judgment hath been moved for on behalf of the said. the Executors of the said James Reid. the Plaintiff.

It is Ordered, That unless all or some of the persons interested in the lands formerly belonging to the said George Leonard. deceased, shall. on the First day of Hilary Term next. at Charlottetown, come forward and show cause why execution should not be issued upon the
