The work of tracklaying on the Cana- dian Pacifie, north of Lake Superior, is roceeding at an astonishing rate. ‘rom January 28 to February 2nd, in- clusive, covering five working days, the track of the Nipissing Section advanced westward 52,200 feet, or about 600 feet short of ten miles.
