His Honor in Council, has also been pleased to establish a Court for the recovery of Small Debts, at Township No.15, under and by virtue of an Act passed in the late Session of the General Assembly, intituled " An Act to authorize the Establishment of additional Small Debt Courts in. Prince, and King’s Counties," and has been pleased to appoint the follow- ing persons, Commissioners‘of the said Court, viz :—
