additional l,ll0 cords were taken on here and she sailed for Rouen. France on Saturday, evening at six o'clock. The Bengazie is reg- istered in Oslo. Norway and car- ries a crew of 33 under Captain Torarestol. Tonage is 1.125 and length 350 it. She was loaded by Albert Quigley and Son.

Neil Hooley, chairman of the Board of Trustees of,The Kings County Memorial Hospital. pre- aided at the annual meeting held Friday night at the Beaver Club Hall. Montague. Following the reading of the minutes of the last meeting and annual meeting. the financial report was presented as follows:
Patient revenue. 343,769.16. oth- er revenue, 810,635.98. totalling Sd0.405.l4. Expenses amounted to 356,677.40 before depreciation oi 36,748.03, deficit after allowing for deprecitaion, 3,020.38, Assets less depreciation amounted to S1ll.275- ll. Liabilities amounted to 323.128- ll. of which 820. 000.00 is the balance of the bond issue of the hospital building.
