Hello and welcome These Short

to the first of what is hoped will be a weekly movie review. The purpose of this column is to help you decide whether or not the " picture reviewed here is worthy of your four bucks. Keep in mind, however, that the opinions expressed will be of a personal nature so if you happen to disagree, tough timbits. And now. . . "Overture, curtain, lights. . . " . Currently playing at the Prince Edward Cinema is the animated fantasy, "Heavy Metal". Produced by Ivan Reitman and based on the work of five artists and authors, "Heavy Metal" is a series of science-fiction scenarios tied together by the common sci—fi theme of"good vs. evil ". The evil spirit of the universe comes in the form of a glowing green sphere. We are led by him through a number of short sketches that demonstrate the hideous wonders of his evil.
