D, 1885, in the matter of an-Actot the Parliament of Canada, passed in the forty-fifth yeer of Her Present Majesty s reign, chapter 23, intituled “An Act Respecting In- solvent Banks, Insurance Companies, Loan Companies, Building Societies and Trading Corporations, and of the Presi- dent, Directors and Company of the Bank of Prince Edward Isiand, an In- solvent Banking Company.
HE Liquidators of the above named Banking Company will Sell by Public
Auction, on TUESDAY, the 23rd day of FEBRUARY, next, A. D., 1886, at the hour of eight o’clock in the evening, in the hal| of Stone’s Hotel, on Main street, in Souris East, all that tract, piece, or parcel of land, described in the Indenture of Mortgage, hereinafter mentioned as all that tract, piece and parcel of land, hereditaments and pre- mises, situate, lying and being in Souris East ‘aforesaid, bounded and de scribed as follows, that is to s*y, Commencing at a post fixed in the south side of the Main Street running through Souris, end in the fence being the eastern division line of land owned by the heirs of the late John Knight, Esquire, and running thence along Main Street, aforesaid, easterly a distance of seventy-four feet, toa plot of land sold to James Larrigan, and thence running south- westerly by a line parallel with the eastern division line or fence aforesaid, a distance of one bundred and seventy-eight feet to the shore, and thence following the various courses of the shore westerly to the said eastern division line, and thence northeast- erly along said division fence 4 distance of one hundred and thirty-two feet to the place of commencement, said tract of land being that plot of land lying on the south side of said Main Street, and bounded on the east by a plot of land in possession of Captain Larrigan, and on the west by a plot of land in possession of C. D. Anderson.
