Directors and committee chair- man of the Electric Service Lea- gue ol P.E.I. met yesterday after- noon at Burke Electric. Charlotte- town. to hear reports of the var- ious committees.
W.V. Burke. chairman, open- opened the meeting and reports were heard from the constitution finance and standards commit- lees.
Reporting for the constitution committee. E.S. Chandler stated his committee was working over various constitutions from other provinces and tiiat asuggested constitution for P.E.l. would be drawn up in the near future.
A.E. MacLean, chairman of finance. submitted a budget for the balance of 1957 which was ad- opted and passed unanimously. This committee has also been ask- ad to prepare a budget for 1958.
The standards committee. re- prcsciiicd by W.R. Brennan. chair- man. reported a review of Red Seal Standards now in use by oth- er Leagues. and stated that a set standards for local use would be
prepared within the next ten days.
