The opening last week at Mo- rell of the new Co—operative Creamery marks a milestone in the f‘nm's development and provides Kings County with

w and modern plant for the manufacturing of butter and cheese. We would estimate that the cost of this plant is well over $250,000.00. figure in striking contrast to the cost 0! the first cheese factory, built in New Perth in 1802 at a cos siligltflyovlar $1000.00. With this new modern plant there should be encouragement to dairy pro- ducers in the area to Improve and expand their production.
