INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS

CONSTITUTION and BY— LAWS ‘ of the UNIVERSITY of PRINCE EUNARD ISLAND INT- ERNATIONAL STUDENT'S ASSOCIATION.

ARTICLE 1 - Name

This organization shall be known as The University of Prince Edward Island International Student's Association.

ARTICLE 2 - Objectives

I5 To foster friendly relations between students of different countries, races and cultures.

2) To make the foreign students feel at home upon their arrival to and during their stay at the Univer- sity.

3) To seek and maintain affiliation with the Inter— national Student Organizations

ARTICLE 5 — Quorum _

At executive meetings three or one—half of the executive members (which ever is greater) shall con- stitute a quorum. At all meetings of the Association one-fourth of the register- ed membership shall contin- ue a quorum.

ARTICLE 6 — Revision of Constitution .

Changes in the Constit— ution may take plaCe at a general body meeting. Cons- titutional changes must be ratified by a two- third vote of the members present. Any proposed changes must be circulated to all the reg— ular members of the Assoc— iation at least 14 days be— fore a meeting.
