Dub of dry mustard

2 teaspoons Worcestershire

sauce

1-4 teaspoon salt

Dash of pepper

Method: Melt the fat or drippings in a frying pan and brown the minced meat in this lightly. Mix together the remaining ingredients and add the browned ham or cot- tage roll to this. Place iii a greased loaf pan and bake in a moderate 0am (350 deg. F.) for about 40 min- u s.

CORNMEAL MEAT LOAF

1 cup cornmeal ,

1 cup cold water

3 cups boiling water

I teaspoon salt

2 tablespoon drippings

l small onion, minced

2 1-2 cups ground cooked meat

Method: Add cold water to the cornmeal and gradually stir this . into the boiling water to which the | salt has been added. Cook the mix- - ture in the top part of a double boiler. over boiling water, stirring frequently, until thick - about 45 minultes.
