Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of Judicature, at the suit of James Yeo against l’olite Gaudet, I have taken and seized 88 the property of the said Polite Gaudet, all the right, title and leasehold interest, in and to 48 acres of leasehold land together with the buildings and improvements thereon, situate on Lot or 'I‘ownship No. 5, in Prince County, and I do hereby give public notice, that I will, on the 4th October,lSt36,iit 12 o’clock, noon, at the Coutt House in St. Eleanor’s, in said County, set up and sell at public auction the said property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on said writ, being £10 16s 9d, with law— lul interest thereon, from 21th February, 18ti3,until paid, and 173 for said writ, besides Sherill"s fees and incidental expenses.
