Gov’t Selling Butler Oil, Commons Told

Seaway Traffic Shows Increase

On the Montreal-Lake Ontario section of the seaway. total Ap- ril traffic was 2.900.000 tons. compared with 1.949.000 tons a year earlier.

. Canadian St. Lawrence Seaway Authority reported that wheat formed a major part of traffic headed east. through the seaway route. More than 1.000.- ‘ 000 tons were handled in tlic seaway from Lake Ontario to Montreal. compared with 514.- 000 tons in April. 1963.
