Rep Lerrer Day.~A_ cor respondert says: Monday, June 18:h, was a red let- ter day in Dundas cieese factory when they received 13,500 pouads of milk,being an increase over the same day last year of 6,000 pousds, The directors were fully prepared, having cecured a new Richard~ sou cheese press from Messrs. Dillon and Spillett, and a third milk vat from Mr. T. A. Mcuean. Mr. L. H. Carver, our new cheese maker, is making himeelf gen- erally popular with all patrone and the public iu general.
