Theft Charge Brings Fine

Convicted on a charge of theft a city resident was fined $30 and costs or 10 days when he appear- ed in City Police Court yesterday morning.

A city man was remanded until Wednesday without plea when he appeared on a charge of driving while intoxicated. Bail was set at $200.

The case of a man of no fixed address charged with vagrancy was dismissed.
