Among war veterans at Camp Hill Hospital Halifax, is Mrs. Keith Munn. Mt. tewart. P. E. I.. form- erly Miss Helen Maittatal. of Tata- magouche. Mrs. Munn enlisted in Quebec. where she had been work- ing. joining the C.W.A.C. and tak- ing her training at Macdonald College, St. Anne do Belleveau. She was then returned to Quebec. and after two months was sent to Tor- onto as one of a. C.W.A.C. draft for overseas. She left for England on March 21. 1946.

In England. Mrs, Munn first was employed as a. switch board operator at headquarters, 43 Com- pany, CWAC, and had many ex- citing experlences during German air raids. Fortunately she escaped without a scratch and arrived back in Canada Oct. 1. 1945. being mils- charged shortly afterwards. Mrs. Munn met her husband, who was serving as a sergeant in the R.C.A. and was married at New Annan. N. 5., April 17, 194s, After the honeymoon the cnup-le ic-olc up residence in Mount Stewart, P, E. I.. where Mr. Munn is now engaged in farming. Mrs. Munn has been under treatment for sevenal weeks

and hopes to return home in a short time. GALLANT-DOIRON NUPTIALS

Gallant of Rustlco. be- came the bride of Urbain, son of Mr, and Mrs. Jeremiah Doiron. also of Rustlco. Rev. Clarence Pitre performed the ceremony and cele- brated the Nuptial ll/llass.

The bride looked very charming attired in a floor length gown of white angel swede with bridal tell and carried a bouquet of carna- tion roses.

Miss Georgina Doiron, ulster of tho groom, war bridesmaid and wore a floor length own of pale blue sheer. Mr. Redo phe Gallant. brother of the brido was grooms- man.

During the ceremony tho Children of Mary Choir sang appropriate hyrruis.

A sumptuous breakfut, was serv- ed at the home of the groom, after which the wedding party motored lo Cavendish Restaurant where dinner was served to the immediato relatives and friends of both par- ies

Supper was served at the home of the bride's parents and the ra- mainder of the evening was spent in singing and social intercourse. The gifts received were numer- sus and beautiful testifying to the popularity of the young couple. After a short honeymoon tri to Montreal and other places o in- terest Mr, and Mrs, Doiron will reside in Cymbrls. where Mr. Doiron is a prosperous Jlsrmer. Their many friends wish them
