The only slow tune is "Mariner" and is my favorite album out of all time. I've listen— ed to it about fifty ~« times and certainly haven't grown tired of it. ingel are definitely :he best new band in bout the last three years and I can't wait to get a copy of their \1atest album,"0ne Helluva Band". \Thank the heavens for Angel! Amen.

CLOSE ENOUGH FOR ROCK & ROLL- NAZARETH (A & M RECORDS)
This is the best product from Nazareth since "Razamanaz", which of course isn't saying much. Whereas on "Loud n' Proud", "Rampantz, and"Hair of The Dog",the band suffered from poor material (for example, the best songs on "Loud 'n Proud", "The Ballad of Hollis Brown" and "This Flight Tonight" were shows that Nazareth can write fine songs.

All you Nazareth fans have already bought this album, and maybe you who aren't should too.

This is an extremely read— able book as Newman has a very relaxed, fluent writing style. It is not a book which offers social commentary; it
'simply describes the Canadian
establishment. I would urge people to read it bevause it is entertaining and informa— tive. besides it really does not hurt to know who runs Canada. I would suggest that you go to a library, however, as it costs $14.95 (no pap— erbackavailable and you wou- ld only be adding more money
