The Spanish are working energetically to get the sieamer Purisima Concepcion out of King ton with forage and pro- visions for the troops. They have just brought to Kingston the Benito Es enger @ steamer almost identical in appearance with the Corcepcion. The intention is to vail the Estenger Light,and the Concepcion with @ cargo in valuable Spanish gi ods at the game time. They hope if an American cruiser is weiting outside that chase will be given the Estrenger, which when prese~ ed, will surrender. The Concepcion will -ail another course, hoping to escape and land her cargo on the south coast, prob- ab'y at Cienfuegos.
