In re Peter ﬁchonold, of Township Number Fifty- two, in King's County, Farmer, an Insolvent Debtor.

Whereas. at a meeting of the creditors of the said Insolvent Debtor, held on the Twenty-second day of April last, after arguments, it was ordered. that as the Schedules of the said Insolvent Debtor were insufﬁcient, he have leaVe to amend the same; and that upon the Schedules as amended being ﬁled, a meeting of the said creditors shall hereafter be called; and, whereas the said Schedules “as amended. are now on ﬁle in the re- cords of this Honorable Court, I do hereby order that a meeting of the said creditors be held on Monday, the sixteenth day of. Augiist next. at the Court House, in Charlottetown, aforesaid, at 11 o‘clock. a. m., for the purposes of the said meeting, ﬁrst above mentioned, and that this order be publislied‘in the Royal Gazette newspaper, for three months from the date hereof.
